All I can say is WOW!! The before and after pictures having our air ducts cleaned was Amazing. We can already tell the difference. The air smells cleaner and flows so much better through the house. Mitch is an awesome guy, very professional and personable. He came in and explained everything he found, he explained the procedure well and did an excellent job I would highly recommend having this service done, and to include the UV/Sanitizer... package as well as having your dryer vent cleaned. Nothing but a glowing review from me! They were here exactly on time, very polite, and professional yet still very personable. We had them come to clean our air ducts and we ended up having our dryer vent cleaned as well. And WOW Did we need it... done! They kept me informed every step of the way and were very clear with what exactly everything cost up front! No hidden or surprise charges at the end. Cody did a great job cleaning our vents! It took about 2-3 hours for everything. He was very thorough and personable. Pricing was reasonable and they offer several different services, so we will be using them in the future!

Cody and Mitch came to clean my HVAC system and ducts today. They were extremely friendly and professional, showed up a few minutes early, made sure to cover my floors and cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me before and after pictures of... each vent they cleaned. I was amazed at the dust and debris built up in the system (not to mention the ninja turtle and pack of cigarettes they found that have been there since long before I bought the house) and they got it all cleaned out. I would highly recommend these guys and we will certainly be repeat customers!read more

I reached out to this company via email inquiring about an estimate to clean my home's air ducts. Shortly thereafter (on a Tuesday), I received a text message from Mitchell, who represented himself as the owner, with a few basic questions (address,... number of ducts, etc.) to which I promptly responded. The next message from Mitchell included a price, a date of next opening and the link to a YouTube video. I received another message from Mitchell the following morning (less than 12 hours later) "circling back around" to see if I had made my decision. I thanked him for reaching out and informed him that "I hope to have time to look at it by the end of the week." Mitchell reached out again on Saturday, I asked a couple of follow-up questions, to which he immediately responded. Later that afternoon (4:08PM), Mitchell requested that I send him a $50 deposit via PayPal link he would email me so I could "reserve my spot." Since I had not yet received all the responses to my additional questions, I was not yet ready to make a decision. Later on Saturday evening (8:18PM), just four hours after his last message and on the same day we had previously communicated, I received a text from Mitchell that he had "banned" my number from his system and that I am "no longer eligible for HYPER services" because he isn't "a fan of people who waste his time and lack the ability to communicate." I consider this behavior unacceptable and find it fortuitous that, in acting out, Mitchell saved me the possibility of working with such an unprofessional company. I am writing this review to ensure that others are aware of the type of individual they will be working with if they reach out to HYPER Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning.read more

Mitch is a very nice guy and completed my duct cleaning under 2 hours and did a great and detailed job. His price came back better than other companies and did not add on as he went; it was one fee. I definitely recommend Hyper for air duct cleaning!
